Looking to employ a full time lease manager

Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to communicate and work closely with fellow employees.
Bilingual Chinese and English strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities:
The Lease manager is responsible for the day to day transactions of a Landlord tenant relationship including but not limited to accounts receivable, communication with tenants, and generating new leases and lease renewals.

All necessary training will be provided.

Benefits:
Paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, medical insurance.

$42,500-$50,000/yr depending on experience.
