We have an immediate opening for an energetic and passionate professional to join our team as a Full Time Buyer. The Buyer works to procure merchandise for the Sesinko customer, develops a buying plan, and keeps a close eye on profitability and sell through. S/he will be responsible for attending vendor sell-in meetings, data entry, product tracking, and other pertinent assignments. This is a place where individual talents and creativity make a difference. S/he will also upkeep outward facing aspects of the brand ex) social media, website, in-store merchandising, etc.


Responsibilities:


Travel to shows and vendors to identify upcoming trends that pertain to the brand and procure these brands
Ensure the flow of merchandise into the business.
Analyze stock to sales ratios and/or timely replenishment through allocations.
Prepare information for seasonal buying, input orders, and recap final buys.
Prepare weekly sell through reports to send to vendors.
Establishes and maintains relationships with retail locations by working closely with store managers and sales associates.
Executes daily activities as directed by the Buyer and supports retail store requests.
Job Qualifications:


4-years Bachelor's degree preferred.
Buying experience is preferred.
A thorough knowledge of relevant contemporary athletic footwear and streetwear is absolutely necessary.
High taste level is critical.
Ability to multi task between necessary daily tasks, ad hoc projects, and buying
Must be detailed oriented and capable of identifying trends and adapting to changing trends.
Able to interact with a variety of people from all disciplines.
Advanced skills in Excel, Photoshop and photography is required.
Familiarity with popular social media applications is necessary.
Proficiency in basic coding is preferred, but not required.
