职位：实习律师，律师助理。

实习律师要求：
1.法学本科及以上学历，硕士优先。
2.通过法律职业资格考试
3.具备扎实的法学专业基础，较好的写作能力和口头表达能力，能够积极主动学习，能够承受工作压力。
4.品行端正，工作认真负责，具备良好的团队合作意识及沟通协调能力。

律师助理要求：
1.法律专业本科及以上学历，或者有考虑学法律专业的。
2.法律基础知识牢固. 文字功底扎实. 逻辑性强，经过培训后可以独立完成基础法律文件起草以及文章撰写工作
3.熟练使用主要办公软件，检索归纳能力强，可以进行基础的法律法规案例检索以及制图制表.
4.为人忠诚可靠.

Flushing law firm hiring

Position：Apprentice lawyer, paralegal。
Requirements for trainee lawyers:
1. Bachelor degree or above in law, master degree is preferred.
2. Pass the legal professional qualification examination
3. Have a solid foundation in law, good writing and oral expression skills, be able to proactively learn, and be able to withstand work pressure.
4. Be of good conduct, work conscientiously and responsibly, and have good sense of teamwork and communication and coordination skills.

Paralegal requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in law, or those who are considering studying law.
2. Solid basic legal knowledge. Solid writing skills. Strong logic. After training, you can independently complete the drafting of basic legal documents and article writing.
3. Proficient in using major office software, with strong retrieval and induction capabilities, and able to conduct basic legal and regulatory case retrieval and charting and tabulation
4. Be loyal and reliable.

Both require fluency in both Chinese and English.
